refunds & returns
We do NOT accept returns on purchases made through this web site. We do NOT accept any returns on any custom "made-to-order" products.We sell speciality cables made for very specific purposes. If you are not sure what to order or what you are ordering please use the Contact Us button above prior to submitting an order.
Cancelled orders:
If you cancel your order prior to the order being shipped, a full refund will be issued less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
Damaged orders:
All items are shipped with insurance. Please inspect your order upon receipt to ensure it arrived undamaged. Please take photos and preserve all packaging. Please use the Contact Us button above within five business days to receive further instructions. Replacement items will not be shipped until we have received the damaged item.
Orders outside of the United States or Canada
- Please use the Contact Us link found at the top of this page as shipping will need to be calculated on a case-by-case basis.
- If you are located outside of the United States or Canada and make a purchase via the Add to Cart buttons on this site, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued via PayPal less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
Ordered the wrong item or quantity of items
- All sales are final once you use the Add to Cart buttons on this site and Check Out.
- If you order the wrong item or quantity of items and notify us prior to the order being shipped we may be able to adjust the order.
- Each circumstance is different. If you need to order a higher quantity or a more expensive item you will be provided a payment link. If payment is not received within five business of request, a full refund will be issued via PayPal less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
- If a partial refund is due, it will be less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
Purchasing for Resale
- We do not sell to anyone for the purposes of resale. Do not use the Add to Cart buttons on this site for an item unless it is being shipped for use by an individual from your agency/company.
- If you purchase an item for resale, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued via PayPal less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
Provided the wrong

- If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the item is returned to us in the same condition it was shipped, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued via PayPal less the credit card fees or a $15 processing fee, whichever is greater.
