Kent E. Boots, ACTAR, has nearly 20 years of experience in Crash Data Retrieval, but his experience in electronics goes back nearly 45 years when he took his first electronics course.
He is a trained Bosch® Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) Technician and Analyst. He has been certified as a trainer since 2006, training and certifying individuals as CDR Tool Operators/Technicians. Mr. Boots has also attended additional specialized training to trouble-shoot communication problems and obtain data in situations where other technicians might not be able to. He is an Auto Repair Technician and has an I-CAR ProLevel 1 & 2 Electrical/Diagnostics Technician certification.
