Multi-wire adapter
In some instances it may be necessary to provide power to more than one circuit in a vehicle when repowering a vehicle for crash data retrieval .
This multi-wire adapter connects to your existing Repowering Rig and allows you to provide power to multiple circuits at the same time. The kit includes two methods of providing power for up to three circuits, and includes a set of four fuse socket adapters.
The smaller adapter allows you to provide power to up to three circuits located in the same fuse panel with individual wires approximately six inches long. This adapter relies on the fuse protection from your Repowering Rig which connects to the spade connector.
The larger adapter allows you to provide power to up to three circuits located in separate fuse panels with individual wires approximately six feet long. Each wire is individually fuse protected and comes with stackable banana plugs. The small adapter is used to connect the banana plug to the spade connector on your existing Repowering Rig.
Note: The positive lead of each stackable extension contains an inline fuse rated at 5-amps which should NOT be replaced with a larger size fuse. Photos may not be representative of the actual item due to component manufacturer changes.
